This projects purpose is to house the P and T employees Co-Operative society in an area of 15 cents. The basement floor is for parking, two floors above house the banking space, with the third housing the conference facility and presidents chamber. The ground floor and the first floor are commercial areas and the second floor is a residential block. Each floor is of 4000 sqft area.
