Principal architect
Architect B. Sudhir
B. SUDHIR, a distinguished architect, serves as the Chief Architect at Architects' Consortium, boasting over three decades of experience in architectural consultancy. Presently, he holds the position of National Honorary Treasurer at the Indian Institute of Architects, effective June 2023, and is an Executive Council member at the Marian College of Architecture and Planning (MCAP) in Trivandrum. Previously, he chaired the Committee on Social Responsibility at the Architects Regional Council of Asia (ARCASIA), comprising 21 Asian member countries, from 2017 to 2019. He also served as the Past Chairman of the Institute of Indian Interior Designers, Past National Council Member of the Indian Institute of Architects from 2014 to 2015, Past Chairman of the Kerala Chapter of the Indian Institute of Architects from 2011 to 2012, and Past Chairman of the Trivandrum Center of the Indian Institute of Architects from 2007 to 2008. B. Sudhir is a recipient of the National runner-up award for IIID design excellence in 2017 and the Johnson design award at the design fest in 2016. He was a jury member for the 'My Home Sweet Home' awards by Hindu daily and IIID in 2016, technical advisor for the architect award at Kathmandu constituted by JK White cement in 2015, and a member of a 7-member jury for selecting the best Architect of the Year award at an all-India level competition in Goa, also constituted by JK White cement in 2008. He is also actively involved in several architectural competitions as a juror across the country.
